Handmade two-piece women’s casual bag set, made of cowhide with stingray leather insert. The decoration of the pieces is inspired by Hungarian folk ornamentation, especially its floral designs. When designing them, my main goal was to ensure that their intricate, meticulous craftsmanship would be well represented, yet still have a restrained, elegant effect. The choice of colours is in keeping with this, emphasising the clean lines and premium quality. Thanks to the leatherworking techniques used in the construction, I was able to achieve a form-fitting design and outstanding durability. As well as paying homage to tradition, I also paid great attention to innovation in the creation process, so I laser engraved the branding and QR code to my website onto the products.<\/p>\n
The set includes: casual handbag for women with single compartment design, flat pockets, detachable shoulder strap, magnetic closure, bottom flaps. A matching small laptop bag with a single compartment design and metal pull-tab, which can be used as a stand-alone handbag or as a side bag, while when inserted into the larger bag it can be used as a divider while providing an extra compartment.<\/p>\n
Unlike usual, this one was not made to order, but as a real “love project”: inspired by the birth of my daughter. For the anniversary of this event, I would like to create a lasting work that reflects the rich emotions of children. In addition, pattern, form, colour and unity of function and usability were also important factors in the design, as well as a design that meets the challenges of the modern age.<\/p>\n
