  • to ask Data Controller to block your data if the deletion is legally not possible. The data blocked can be managed only by the time the deletion of data become possible.

 

You have the right:

  • to protest against the management of your data if the management of personal data or its transmission is needed for the fulfilment of legal obligation of Data Controller or Data Controller and data receiver or a third party, except obligatory data management and under the Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-determination and Freedom of Information (section6, paragraph5); if the usage or transmission of personal data – without your explicit approval – is for the purposes of direct marketing, opinion-poll or scientific research.

 

Data controller is to inspect your claim and make a decision about its validity and inform you in writing within a maximum of 15 days.
